Did you paint these pictures from photographs Peter, or have you had personal experience of combat? Brilliantly executed work, so sad that the fighting is going on as we sit at our computers right now.

Thanks for the comment, I have personal experience, although these paintings were the result of a number of photo's which gave me the ideas. No war is good, but sometimes they simply can't be avoided.
