Donald Sutherland
Sketch of Donald Sutherland. Graphite (and pastel) on Bristol board paper. One of my favourite actors gets the honours today. Still finding my way with drawing people. I decided to frame the face with pastel as his hair is white and doesn't stand out on the bright white paper. This Bristol board paper is really nice to work on. The only problem with it is it doesn't have any tooth, so soon becomes saturated with graphite.
