A bit of a milestone with my 100th posting to POL, my first serious go at a portrait and I'm living dangerously by painting my Wife! This was started at Bude Art Society last week at a workshop by Colin Pethick. After waiting a week for the painting to be dry enough to work on again, I fnished it off today. Considering it's my first portrait I'm pretty pleased with the way it turned out.
