Pulpit Rock - Portland
Acrylic on Galeria paper. 20" x 16". Portland holds a special place in my and my Wife's memories. She used to holiday there as a child and when we met, we continued to visit on a regular basis. This is Pulpit Rock, which stands guardian on the Bill, along with the lighthouse. The sea is eternaly rough around this dangerous point due to the Race, a shallow set of rocks just out to sea. Spectacular in a high storm.
