This is my Easter effort, taken from the view across the flooded gravel ponds at Oare (Kent). Late afternoon light warms the image and obscures some the industrial clutter. With oils, I like to simplify the scene and enjoy the texture and richness of the paint. Painted with water-soluble oils, size 30x80cm
