This is really impactful Pauline. I wonder if you thought about adding a bit more vibrant colour to one or more of the parasols. Not sure if you worked from a photo or from life but photos tend to blow out the highlights and a touch of warm colour would make the whole painting really pop! Just a thought but I love this - well done!

Thanks Guy. This was really just a sketch so I will bear this in mind when I do a bigger painting.

I have been painting for about two an a half years, mostly in acrylics. I love the colour blue in all of its endless variety, so am naturally drawn to painting sea and sky, especially scenes in Greece which is my favourite place.
