The Blast
A bit of an impromptu drawing in pastel of finals day in this years T20 blast. I don’t do many colour cricket drawings preferring the way charcoal represents movement effectively. However I thought I’d give it a go, keeping my strokes flowing into each other and using complimentary colours. I get a bit lost with colour, I’m never really sure what is happening, it’s purely instinctive with only my final vision in my mind. Anyway I based it on Sussex’s Luke Wright, he loves it and asked if he could have it - how could I resist!
