Beautiful dahlias Paula, great colour as Michael says.

I think this one is called 'Bishop of Landaff' and it is a beautiful one with lovely maroon leaves (also slug resistant which is good news). Anyway, after the Alan Titchmarsh moment - I will get back to the painting! I love it for its boldness and its vibrant colours. The centres of the flowers are really well portrayed as well. A great painting.
