To achieve the whiskers, it is best to; indent them before you start, with an empty biro or an embossing tool if you want to be fancy, or sharpen your white pencils, or use white ink. I believe you can get a Uniball photo pen.

hi this was form another site useing coloured pencil until i reached his his mouth then i had problems and had to use soft white pastels
