This started out as a sketch, but then, for some reason, I decided to splash some watercolour on it. One thing led to another and it became a bit of a journey. Let’s call it a watercolour sketch. On cartridge paper from a photo from a trip to Brussels before the first lockdown. This was a waiter from the Hotel Metropole - a bit pricey.
