You haven't given this a title Peter so there's no clue as to what it is.....a triple hamburger?

You have learned a lot here Peter nice job

Some beautiful textures here Peter

Keep going Peter - it's not meant to be easy! Don't worry about squashing things in to fit the picture frame - feel free to go beyond it, upwards particularly; try to avoid big unbroken shapes - I know we all say paint the big shapes, but when you've done that, you need to cut into them and refine them. This tree needs a few upright strokes to indicate the direction of growth of the trunk - even in a tree in full leaf, there's still more structure than leaf. I'd like to take you as a pupil but - you're too far away!

Peter, I hope I didn't offend you! I didn't mean to, I was just thinking on from cream crackers.

I think this is a monument in Yorkshire. Now I know you are from Yorkshire and I live there too. This seems very familiar. Unless Marjorie is right of course. Never laughed so much! But I know she meant it in a lighthearted way. I think it is going to be wonderful watching someone new to art getting better and better. I shall look out for you. So keep painting and let us know where this is.
