This is a mixed media painting incorporating acrylic paint and oil pastel. It’s from a photograph I took a few years ago. I loved the idea of using the top of the bridge as the top of my page. Not a hint of sky anywhere. I wanted to empathise the new lime green spring growth in the painting, hopefully a symbol of better things to come.
