Intriguing. The subtle colour was lost on me when I first saw this in the gallery, but once it registers, the mind strives to make some kind of recognisable image.

Hi Tony and Ellen, Thank you. You might be able to make out a bird in the centre, either hovering or coming in to land. My attempt at something abstract. Just go with the flow and see what happens :) Thanks again.

Can definitely see the shape of a bird - what is the medium here, it looks fairly 3D...?

I saw the bird immediately, Andrew. Like I said before, it’s really clever and would look amazing on the wall of a modern home. What size is it?

Hi Chrissie and Ellen, I used a tube of acrylic silicone sealant for the thick lines, acrylic paint squeezed out of an icing cake bag for the smaller lines and the bird. After it had dried, spray painted over in white. The size of the canvas is 1 metre by 1 metre.

Very interesting method, and really effective. Look forward to seeing more of your work!
