I think this is brilliant Martin. In traditional Eastern painting they seem to paint slightly odd looking cats. I say this because I practice traditional Chinese brushwork and have painted animals. Your cat instantly reminded me of the look that is captured when using these traditional practices.

Thanks Denise. We had two lovely cats which lived to ripe old ages. But I could never capture their likeness properly. This was the best I got to their personality. It's sparky.
