I really like this scene and you have captured the changes in light as the clouds cast shadows over the landscape... Did the person in the chair leave go for a paddle or a swim?

Hi Laurence, the person on the chair left to go play in the surf with her family in a canoe, which, hopefully, you can see in the background, although the resolution of this image isn't great.
