This broken windmill still stands on a farm about 15 km outside Hondeklip Bay, on the South African West Coast. It was in use untill the 1980's when it supplied water to the town. Water was collected in big containers and then taken back to the town for distribution among the residents, mainly fishermen that worked in the crayfish factory . This is an acrylic painting and the size is 90cm x 60cm.
