I admire your use of colour and blending

Thankyou Heather. I usually return to this style of painting because it's the one which comes easiest to me. There is no great skill involved in the blending. That's why I do it. It's a style which has a nice effect while being completely doable and not demanding a great level of talent. So it's a nice balance. Some pictures have been very difficult for me and the effect hasn't been so good. When all is said and done if a picture looks good it is good. Like if music sounds good it is good.
