Cley Mill, wood block print- Artists proof by Mike Finney

What do you use for your prints? Is it a traditional hand print with roller and ink? I find these fascinating; something I would love to try. I may just steal my husband's chisels. Ouch he'd kill me; they are the most precious thing he owns.

Smashing print...I would echo Diana's sentiments but I would be chased out of that manly place "the shed"...you must have the patience of a saint

I remember doing prints at school, around 50 years ago, and wish I'd kept on with them - they have always exercised a very strong pull, and doing the work does require patience, but yet you get so involved in it that it doesn't seem arduous at all. This is a very strong work, and I'd love a copy of it on my wall - what sort of size are you able to print? You've found your métier with this. I've really fallen for it!

Agree with all the comments already posted, I liked your boat as well. Hope that the exhibition goes well for you, you have some super images to display. We await the next installment?
