The painting was done for a work colleague who worked as a Minerals Planner and moved down with her family to the Bodmin area. I tried to reflect the rugged quite barren character of the area and with the water filled disused quarry in the foreground plus the rock structures. Enjoyed doing the composition, just didn't catch the glitter on the water unfortunately.
