An intriguing and strong painting nonetheless, Midori. Did you wet the paper first, or draw with dry pencils and then wet... or a mixture of techniques?

Hi Caroline, Actually, I didn't wet the paper, draw a watercolur pencil and splluter some colour on paper and,,,,how I painted.... very difficult to explain ,,,,,u-n,,,just make shape litttel by little. I'm very pleased to hear you were interested in how I painted this peice. Thank you so much.

Love the slightly abstract look, Midori. The colors are beautiful and the iguana is superbly hinted at. It's brilliant!

Hi Seok Yam, I love painting something colurful. Splattering my favourite colour on the paper freely. That is the most enjoyable time. Thank you. I

Hi Midori Really love your use of colour. Wish I had done this one! Thanks for your kind comments on my work.

I just used some watercolour pencils. Positive----Very Colouful.I Negative----The iguana is in a glass case in Al Ain Zoo to keep it warm. The light is artificial, so the shadows are not great.
