Thank you, Paul. I'm quite jealous of you. I intended to join the RAF when I left school in 1958 but the recruiting chaps told me that I wouldn't get the flying post I really wanted, only a desk job. Having missed conscription by 24 days I decided not to apply and, guess what? I went into accountancy. Doh! I still build model aircraft though.

A painting of a British Aerospace Jet Provost T3 trainer. Painted in oils on a gesso-primed wooden board (3mm). In a wooden frame (distressed silvery gold stain), with fixings attached and ready to hang. The artwork size is 16ins X 12ins. The framed size is 18.5ins X 14.5ins.
