When I saw the thumbnail in the gallery I could hardly believe it was a painting. How brilliantly you have not only captured the textures and the rock forms but the display case light and dark levels. Very impressive.

So realistic - It reminded me of my days as a Geology student having to identify rocks! Very well painted Michele.
