Great painting of the hand Michael, really looks like it is coming out of the paintings super 3d look to it

Nice foreshortening; always tricky. And overall a most interesting composition - and title. Beautifully executed, too. I'm curious now about the rest of this series - if it is a series?

Thank you for your comments For around 20 years I have been painting images of the Passion of Christ, the work is contemporary, usually cropped and edited to create a visual impact.
