You may recall I recently posted a painting of this village in Bangladesh - It was wanted as a gift for the village elders - the person who commissioned it was so pleased that he asked if I would do a second for himself. Well he has since been advised that in the Muslim culture it is not appropriate to include figures in paintings (which were in the first painting) so he has asked me to do another without people and he will keep the previous one for himself. It is to be presented to the Elders next month. Hope they like it.
