Congratulations on your sales Michael, it must be a very satisfying feeling knowing someone wants to hang your work on their wall....well done. I think of all your village scenes this one is my favourite. I love the out of focus look to the foreground tree foliage on the left and the crispness between the shadow and light side on the far building. It's a super watercolour Michael.

Thanks everyone - must put my shoes on - the Olympic Torch passes through the village this pm so it will be mayhem - and all roads closed - can't do anything else anyway!.

A beautiful, sunny village square. Lovely, soft colours with just right amount of sharpness in the shadows. Well done with the sales Michael!
