I'm not entirely sure what Alan's comment means, but I gather he's impressed! It's fascinating, actually - you've taken recognizable aspects of his work and so woven it into your own that you're in the process of creating a new style altogether... and it works, too....

Thanks all. Alan - fogot to thank you for posting the skeich in the first place and not sure ithat it's up to your superb standard but thanks again. Robert - yes a sort of fusion of two styles but not happy with the palette - will get back to my usual colours and maybe give it another go sometime

Lovely fresh painting

Really like the fresh punged in aproach. Tend to agree about the foreground greens. Maybe the orangy red of the side of the building. Otherwise...love it.
