Congrats on the sale. There is no wonder it has sold though, who wouldn't want to take this with them as a reminder? It is a very lovely Watercolour capturing the light and crispness in its execution. I really like this michael.

Congratulations on your sales Michael, this is a super watercolour. I particularly like the wet in wet tree which contrasts nicely with the more structured buildings. (if you know what I mean :) )

Glad you all like it - in fact it is an impossible view of the buildings opposite - where the viewpoint is stands another building and the easel would have been in the middle of a rail full of expensive dresses - so I used a bit of artistic licence!

This was painted a little while back and was sold last night to a visitor to the studio - second sale this week !! It is now off to Australia as a reminder of 'home'.
