Beautiful Mia, are you adding a bit of colour on the lanterns? Just an idea, it could spoil the delicacy:)

I started the drawing immediately in ink with an Artline marker and then added the "colour" with diluted Quink Ink. Size A4. I think I was a bit heavy with the wash, not sure... I tried to position the plant as nice as possible on the paper and payed attention to the surrounding negative space. All comments are very welcome :)
