I'm liking your treatment of the eyes, because you have a tendency to elongate them which you've overcome in this one. I'm not totally convinced though by the left side of her face, where the jawline seems a bit over-generous: probably a result of the chosen pose. But anyway, I do think this is a step forward - and overall, that's a very human face.

Thanks for the constructive comments, it's much appreciated. The problem I had was that in the photo she was wearing big headphones which made her face look a different shape.

Thank you very much everyone. The daft thing is that I didn't really think about it, I just started painting and it took me less than two hours. Perhaps that's the best way!
