Yes, there is a certain difference between oil and acrylic and nicely painted as one can see the features have formed well. Think acrylic is good to start as a base or so I was instructed before I painted with oil although it's far better to work from oil as it forms a little slower but seems to retain its palette longer. Keep up the fine work Peter and never look back!
