Great work Mel, I like the way the trees seem to be dancing, and the cast shadows on the trunks. Must pop over to Tandle Hills, I have'nt been for a while.

this quite a large painting (24X30) I did some time ago in oils. it hangs in my dinning room and always attracts attention when people see it anew. so i thought I'd share here. it is taken from a photo I took when out walking in Tandle Hills country Park. There are some magnificent trees and in the depths of the wood you can easily imagine your miles away from anywhere, despite being only a few miles from one of the North Wests busiest motorways.
