Based on a photo this is a image combining collage and ink. I like to create background on paper using collage and then draw over them, trying to fit the subject into the collage. I use grey packaging paper, newspaper and tissue paper. I like to get a mist effect on the paper using a light gesso wash on some areas of the ground.
