Indeed: I have had an ear full of lolloping Labrador tongue ... little devil (little!) crept up behind me while I was sitting on a bench talking to her owner. Another triumphant pastel portrait.

beautiful painting. I usually pastel paint on velour which I think is a wonderful paper to use, but a problem if you want to spray a fixative, so maybe I'll try pastelmat
