You are having fun Mark. I actually was thinking exactly this the other morning when more flooding was being discussed. I was wondering come June / July if any one would have a hose pipe ban.

:-p this site is not just for paintings, if it was, i would have been banned long ago :-) you are giving people humour. Your cartoons i understand and get them. they would be even better if they were coloured though :-) just my personal view :-) the hose pipe ban thing does make me laugh when most people have been flooded more than twice in a year :-)

Nice and you just know this is going to be apt again quite soon, as soon as the weather warms up and well start to think of summer!
