Rocky Harbour Lighthouse

I redid this as Barry Hulme noticed the colour was too warm. This is as close as I can get to the painting.

Looks very good Mark, love your textures throughout.

Interesting painting Mark, good lead-in with the diagonal fence and some lovely mark making.

Very good. Really like your composition and colours.

Love the sketchy look and colours Mark

Interesting composition and the painting catches the light and atmosphere well

It's the fence that pulls it all together Mark.

I really like this - love the colours.

Wonderful painting, Marck.

Watercolour of Rocky Harbour Lighthouse, Newfoundland in the snow, from a photo taken by Stan Collins. Painted in Schmincke watercolour on Millford paper. Artwork is 38 x 29cms. For me this is a perfect. I have resubmitted this as my photography not colour correct.
