Nice metallic blue with contrasts of grey and dark showing depth. The highlights in the sky revealing the quay with buildings does reflect extreme light shown on the draw-bridge. I like this composition a lot it shows ingenuity and represents structure well!

Beautiful - great colours and you have captured the wet surfaces beautifully.
