I just loved painting this flamengo, especially as its from a photo we took at Tulsa Zoo back in 2016, when we visited the US for the first time. It was on this trip I managed to meet one of my heroes, Jerry Yarnell. This was a wonderful test to try & capture all that wonderful plumage for our in house workshop program that year. mazartacademy.com
