Nature - tree in my back yard

Maria a lovely use of colour. But could I suggest that you really, really look at your lovely tree and observe the way the branches thicken towards the trunk and the way they grow from the trunk. <br />I love nature and the way things grow and develop. When I paint or draw a tree or a flower I look to see how it is formed, petals to the flower centre , leaves to stalks. Nature is in my eyes the perfect piece of art so personally I find if I try and represent it as correctly as I can it works. <br />
