Made with Palomino Blackwing Pearl and 602 pencils, on Bockington 300 gm Watercolour Extra rough paper. Inspired by the death of the last Golden Eagle in Wales. Poison may have contributed to the death of the only known golden eagle in Wales. The bird was found dead by a walker in the Abergwesyn Valley, Powys. There are about 500 breeding pairs of golden eagles in the Scottish Highlands at present.
