Thanks for all your lovely comments, Have been very ill the past 2 years but kept painting and now just catching up with posts. Managed to have a very successful open Studios in Perthshire in September despite being admitted to hospital part way through the 10 days we were open. My wife took over( also an artist ) and did a great job of keeping shop. We raised over £500 for the hospital by raffling one of my paintings and a further £1200 for the hospital and another charity by auctioning 2 more. Overall a good if difficult year.

It's a beautiful painting Manus. Sorry to hear about your difficult couple of years but hopefully it's all behind you now. I'm not surprised in the least that your work raised so much money!
