Acrylic inks yellow,blue,burnt sienna and black painted with the small pieces of mount card cut 45 degrees to give a sharp edge, then glazed with flat brush. Tube white added towards the end. The scene is on the River Tyne showing the High and Low Lights which were originally used to navigate into the harbour.
