I've seen many paintings of Staithes Malcolm but this has to be my favourite! Lovely colours and composition.

The precision and complexity and juxtapostion of all those rooftops is amazing. What a skill you have. The drawing and beautiful harmony of the colours you have used have created a picture that must surely rank as one of the best in your whole gallery. Lovely.

Hi Malcolm, What a lovely gallery, and splendid works one and all, though I am not sure about the turps etc on a previous painting, I suppose that there is something to learn in the future, just struggling to get some cohesion with the water colours at the moment. I will look forward to seeing more from your stable , so to speak. Best regards Chris
