Maggie Thomas

Biography

I loved painting as a small kid but wasn't taught any after the age of 12 as it was not considered to be a useful subject. After many years I started painting again and when I retired joined a couple of clubs where I gained knowledge and inspiration from other members. My favourite medium is oil but I also use watercolour, acrylic and pastel with varying degrees of success. I have a go at most subjects, particularly animals and nature.
