It's got a wild windblown look...I like it.

Don’t be so hard on yourself Mike, I like that sky with the dark tree silhouetted against it. If you don’t mind me saying in my view a bit more light to the left of the tree could improve it but it’s fine as it is.

Far too hard on yourself Mike, it has plenty of pluses.....great sky, composition and moody palette. It might be your first for a while but at least you’ve picked a brush up again.....more please! I bet you’ve been playing around with your kiln haven’t you? Lol
