Hi lyndsey, such a lot of work has gone into this, how long does it take you do finish a picture like this one? love it !

ah! the longest bit is the drawing. that will take me a couple of days (maybe 8 hours then for that) best not to time it!! i know I can usually get one finished in a week. great fun washing in with paint when all the lines are down!!

All sorts of nooks and crannies in London, but you've got to have an artist's eye to find many of them - so easily missed. You, of course, have an artist's eye (and brush).

I had a lovely walk around earlier this year, wandering the streets and looking up all the time. I think that is the secret, looking up above the shopfronts. wore my feet out though!
