I can't remember what these birds are called - I know it's not punks! It'll come back to me in a hour or three, but put me out of my misery.... characterful painting, as are all of your works.

I see no reply to Robert's supportive comment/query. What is this bird, so well portrayed ?

Sorry for late reply... I am about to exhibit, so have been rather busy! It is a greater crested crane.from Africa.
