Hi Lorraine i like your colours and the boats are very good,if i have a comment its that your eye goes straight to the dark arch maybe it could work better if it was lightened slightly and then gradually blended lighter towards the back it would give the appearance of the arch going through. See what other people say,i have found them very helpful:) Linda

I know this spot, the Inland sea, and dived the tunnel at 20 meters last year, it's an absolutely stunning place. Lovely use of colour in the foreground and on the boats, so typical of this area. Your painting brought back some lovely memories!

I agree and I like the texture in the rocks.

Thanks Linda, Lesley and Carole for your comments.

I've been here twice. Recognised it straight away. Well done, colours are gorgeous!

I like the boats. the background is too much of a backdrop with a cutout for an arch. i agree with Linda

Gorgeous blues, and the colour of the rocks the perfect foil for the water and boats

Acrylics on 30x40cm Canvas Board. This is a scenery of Dwejra Bay in Gozo, an island smaller than Malta. Comments most welcome.
