This is a watercolour done from a photo taken in some local woodland. I was particularly trying to build in depth and atmosphere.

I have enjoyed drawing and painting for as long as I can remember. I love to use watercolours and I prefer natural subjects; landscapes, animals and flowers. I also like to use pastel pencils and pastels.
