This is a wonderful, sensitive and sweet portrait of what looks like a kind and gentle dog. It breaks my heart when I see portraits of dogs that have left us (a dog owner and dog lover you have probably guessed) but to have such a wonderful painting as a memory will, in time, be a great joy and comfort. I know your friend will be overcome by such a touching and wonderful present.

'Nancy' unfortunately passed away a few months ago and was owned by a very good friend of mine. This one has been done as a gift for her and I am hoping that it brings her the joy that it is meant to bring - she doesn't know about it yet!! Once again - no pressure!!!
