More odds than ends:) very clever picture, interesting Lewis.

very interesting.

I really love your style Lewis.

Great piece. Takes me back to school days and my O level piece where I was trying this kind of thing.

Thanks for the comments. And Timothy, must be different eras...my O level piece was 2 jam jars and a ball of string. No doubt good practice, but hardly riveting.

yeah different time, Lewis. I remember we had a theme for the main O level piece but we were free within that. Are you from Hampshire originally?

No Tim, I was born in Greenwich, London...but I've been living in Hampshire for over 50 years. As I remember in O level art we were given two tasks. Still Life (the jam jars and string), and paint a picture from a given paragraph from a book (I can't remember what that was...I just recall it seemed limiting). My drawing is 'slightly' surreal...I was long gone from school before I found out what surrealism was.

This is great, so much to look at.

About the Artist
Lewis Cooper

Self taught. Love drawing. Like to make pictures up, without using reference pics, often in cartoon style. I do other pictures where I do use reference. I'm knocking on a bit, born in 1940 in Greenwich, London. Retired, and loving it.
